1. Purchase and Payment

1.1 You may purchase Products from KAFU CARD through the KAFU CARD website or mobile application ("Platform").

1.2 Payment for Products must be made at the time of purchase through the payment methods accepted by KAFU CARD.

1.3 Prices for Products are as listed on the Platform and are subject to change without notice. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.

2. Delivery and Fulfillment

2.1 Upon successful payment, KAFU CARD will deliver the purchased Products electronically via email or through the Platform.

2.2 KAFU CARD will make reasonable efforts to fulfill orders in a timely manner, but does not guarantee delivery within a specific timeframe.

3. Refunds and Returns

3.1 All sales of Products are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

3.2 KAFU CARD reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability or errors in pricing or product descriptions.

4. Use of Products

4.1 The discount cards and related services provided by KAFU CARD are intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

4.2 You may not resell or otherwise distribute the Products purchased from KAFU CARD without prior written consent.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 All intellectual property rights in the Products, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets, are owned by KAFU CARD or its licensors.

5.2 By purchasing and using the Products, you acknowledge and agree that you have no ownership or proprietary rights in the intellectual property associated with the Products.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, KAFU CARD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PURCHASE OR USE OF THE PRODUCTS.

6.2 KAFU CARD' TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE PURCHASE OR USE OF THE PRODUCTS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCTS GIVING RISE TO SUCH CLAIM.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

7.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

7.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through amicable negotiations between the parties. If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute amicably, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of UAE.

8. Amendments

8.1 KAFU CARD reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes to these Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform.

8.2 Your continued purchase or use of Products from KAFU CARD after the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
