1. Partner Registration

1.1 Partners must register for an account on the Platform to list their discount offers.

1.2 Partners must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and keep their account information up to date.

2. Listing Discount Offers

2.1 Partners may list discount offers for their products or services on the Platform.

2.2 All discount offers must be accurately described and comply with applicable laws and regulations.

2.3 Partners are responsible for setting the terms and conditions of their discount offers, including any restrictions or limitations.

3. Partner Conduct

3.1 Partners agree to conduct themselves in a professional manner when interacting with customers and other users of the Platform.

3.2 Partners will not engage in any unlawful, offensive, or harmful activities, including but not limited to fraud, harassment, or discrimination.

4. Offer Redemption

4.1 Partners agree to honor the discount offers listed on the Platform in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth.

4.2 Partners will provide the specified discounts to customers who present valid discount cards obtained through the Platform.

5. Compliance with Laws

5.1 Partners must comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing their business operations and the offers they provide.

5.2 Partners are solely responsible for ensuring the legality and accuracy of their discount offers.

6. Payment and Fees

6.1 Partners may be required to pay fees to KAFU for listing their discount offers on the Platform.

6.2 Payment terms and fee structures will be communicated to partners upon registration and may be subject to change.

7. Termination

7.1 KAFU reserves the right to suspend or terminate a partner's account and remove their discount offers from the Platform at any time for any reason.

7.2 Partners may terminate their account with KAFU CARD at any time but KAFU will make sure that their discount period has expired that they agreed to provide to customers while listing discount offer on the platform.

8. Modification of Rules

8.1 KAFU CARD reserves the right to modify or update these Rules at any time without prior notice. But new rules will be applicable to new discount listings.

8.2 Partners are responsible for regularly reviewing these Rules to ensure compliance with the most current version.

9. Poster Display Agreement

9.1 The subscriber undertakes to allow the first party to add a promotional poster for its services in designated areas within the workplace during the subscription period. These posters must be appropriate to the nature of the subscriber's business activity and comply with the terms and specifications set by the first party.
