1. Purpose of Agreement

The purpose of this Agreement is to establish a partnership between KAFU CARD and the Partner for the mutual benefit of both parties, to promote, market, and distribute discount offers and services provided by the Partner through the KAFU CARD platform.

1. Responsibilities of KAFU CARD

• Provide the Partner with access to the KAFU CARD platform for listing and promoting discount offers.
• Promote the Partner's discount offers through various marketing channels, including the KAFU CARD website, mobile applications, and social media platforms.
• Facilitate the redemption of discount offers by customers through the KAFU CARD platform.
• Provide the Partner with periodic reports and analytics regarding the performance of their discount offers on the KAFU CARD platform.

2. Responsibilities of the Partner

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about their discount offers to be listed on the KAFU CARD platform.
• Honor the discount offers listed on the KAFU CARD platform and provide the agreed-upon discount to customers.
• Notify KAFU of any changes to their discount offers or business operations that may affect the partnership.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to the provision of discount offers and services.

4. Term and Termination

This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue in effect until the agreed period is not expired. Either party may terminate this Agreement if the agreed duration of providing the discount to customers has finished.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared with them during the course of this partnership, including but not limited to customer data, business strategies, and marketing plans.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of UAE.

7. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding and agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, negotiations, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to such subject matter.
