KAFU CARD Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to KAFU CARD ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing and using our website (www.kafucard.com), mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms").

KAFU CARD is a discount and membership-based platform that connects customers with partner businesses offering exclusive discounts.

These Terms govern your use of our services whether as a customer or a partner. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Definitions

  • KAFU CARD: A platform connecting customers and partners for exclusive discounts.
  • Customer: A registered user who purchases a membership to access discounts.
  • Partner: A business registered on the platform offering discounts to KAFU CARD customers.
  • Subscription: The paid plan a partner opts for to be listed on KAFU CARD.
  • Offer: A promotional discount provided by a partner.
  • We/Us/Our: Refers to KAFU CARD as a company registered in Dubai, UAE.

3. KAFU CARD Role & Limitation of Liability

  • KAFU CARD acts only as an intermediary between customers and partners.
  • We do not own, operate, or control any partner businesses listed on our platform.
  • We are not responsible for any disputes between a customer and a partner.
  • If a partner refuses to honor an offer, our only action is to remove them from our platform—we are not liable for refunds or compensations.
  • Partners and customers must settle any issues directly.
  • We reserve the right to terminate any account violating our policies.

4. Partner Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate business details.
  • Honor the discounts and offers listed on the platform.
  • Ensure offer details are correct and updated when necessary.
  • Obtain necessary approvals from authorities before listing.
  • Maintain quality services for KAFU customers.
  • Comply with UAE laws and business regulations.

4.1 Offer Submission & Commitment

  • Once an offer is approved, it cannot be canceled until the initial agreed duration has ended.
  • Partners cannot withdraw or modify discounts once approved.
  • No refunds will be issued for early cancellations.

4.2 Failure to Honor Offers

  • If a partner fails to provide the agreed discount, KAFU CARD reserves the right to remove them without a refund.
  • Repeated failures may result in suspension or permanent banning.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Purchase a valid membership plan to access discounts.
  • Provide accurate details during sign-up.
  • Respect the terms and conditions of partners when redeeming offers.
  • Understand that KAFU CARD is not responsible for partner refusals.
  • Acknowledge that offers may change at any time.

6. Membership & Fees

6.1 Customer Membership

  • Annual membership fee: AED 150 (subject to change).
  • Memberships cannot be transferred or shared.
  • No refunds for early cancellations.

6.2 Partner Subscription Fees

  • Fees depend on business size and services received.
  • Fees are non-refundable once paid.
  • Upgrades are allowed, but early cancellations are not.

7. Payment Terms

All payments are securely processed via Stripe through the KAFU platform.

Customers and partners must ensure accurate payment details.

KAFU CARD is not responsible for payment issues caused by banks or third-party processors.

8. Offer Redemption & Use

  • Customers must show a valid KAFU CARD membership when redeeming an offer.
  • Offers are subject to availability and may vary by location.
  • Partners have the right to set specific terms (e.g., valid days, time limits).

9. Account Suspension & Termination

  • 🚫 Suspend or delete accounts violating these Terms.
  • 🚫 Ban partners who refuse to honor offers.
  • 🚫 Cancel fraudulent customer memberships.
  • No refunds for suspended or terminated accounts.

10. Disclaimers & Liability Limitation

KAFU CARD does not guarantee:

  • The availability or accuracy of offers.
  • Any partner's compliance with their offers.
  • Refunds for disputes between customers and partners.

We are not liable for:

  • Partner business failures.
  • Poor service or misconduct by partners.
  • Financial loss due to offer changes or business closures.

Maximum Liability: Limited to the membership fee paid.

11. Dispute Resolution

Disputes must be reported to info@kafucard.com.

We only facilitate communication; unresolved cases must be handled legally.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Dubai, UAE.

Disputes shall be handled exclusively in Dubai courts.

13. Intellectual Property Rights

The KAFU CARD name, logo, and content are protected under UAE copyright laws.

Unauthorized use of our brand and trademarks is prohibited.

14. Third-Party Links & Ads

We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or transactions.

15. Privacy & Data Protection

Our data collection is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using KAFU CARD, you agree to our data policies.
